The majority do not advertise or publicize their vacancies.

Yes, there is up to date information on the most recent Downtown Loft development areas and buildings that are in various stages of development.

Loft availability changes day to day. It would be impossible to keep up with this data. The property managers, addresses and telephone numbers listed will you to the most up to date information.
The list does not give prices. Generally the lofts start around $1200+ a month but there are still a few that rent for less. The list includes live/work lofts, raw spaces and high end lofts.
What if I want to purchase a loft or loft condo?
Lofts for purchase are becoming more popular in Los Angeles. We have started to list loft friendly realtors, lending institutions and loan officers as well as loft condos in the Downtown and surrounding communities.
Do the buildings allow pets?
Some do and some don't. We have just started adding that information.
