New Rules Adopted- Several rules have been adopted regarding:
1. Garage stall maintenance responsibility
2. Storage of personal property and exercise equipment
3. Bulletin boards are restricted to board approved items and defacing or removing is prohibited.
4. Rules that require dues payment to be in by 8 PM on the first of each month in the exact amount or penalties will be charged.

NEW OFFICE .... NEW INFORMATION CENTER- The office has moved from the third floor to what was the exercise room on the first floor. The exercise equipment has been moved to the second and third floor rooms on the northwest end of the hall. The new Information Center in the east lobby with a drawer for each unit has been moved into the office. Please remember to check your drawer when you check your mail.
