IMPORTANT NOTICE

During the weekend of November 4th, 5th and 6th, we will be introducing upgrades to the Expedia site to provide enhanced functionality. During this transition, it will be necessary for us to temporarily freeze Extranet access. The following outlines this schedule in detail so you can plan accordingly:

EXTRANET FREEZE

The Expedia Extranet will be unavailable for changes from 3:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, November 4, 2005 to 5:00 AM PST on Sunday, November 6, 2005.

You will not be able to submit changes to rates and inventory during this time. Our entire inventory and pricing system will be completely inaccessible and no changes will be accepted via Extranet, fax or phone. Any changes you wish to make must be made before or after the freeze.

PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR RATES AND INVENTORY PRIOR TO 3:00 PM PST FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2005 AND SUBMIT ANY NECESSARY CHANGES.

If you need to close out inventory due to the impact related to a natural disaster, please call your Market Manager (or the HotelExtranet Hotel Hotline at 702-939-2667 between 6am and 8pm Pacific Time) immediately.

HOTELS THAT RAISE THEIR ROOM RATES DURING AN IMPENDING NATURAL DISASTER AND STATE OF EMERGENCY RISK SANCTIONS BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES. HOTELS MUST NOT RAISE THEIR ROOM PRICES FOR IMPROPER PURPOSES. RAISING ROOM PRICES TO DISCOURAGE INDIVIDUALS FROM BOOKING THE ROOM MAY BE CONSIDERED IMPROPER BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
