In Cyber-Space pedestals....high places of special prominence and importance are readily available, without danger of falling off, due to the absence of gravitational forces which could normally "get you down". However due to the fact that their is no gravity in cyberspace, there is no place to fall. Only relative positioning exists with respect to the pedestal. Since there is no place else to go a person may as well hang around up there and enjoy the view for awhile. It is a dream world, an infinite fantasy land where everything is possible, everything available, always, but limited in that it is devoid of any physical interactions.True-Reality, however, is a harsh environment, a cruel and unusual beast, imposing limitations, restrictions, barriers, problems, inhibitions, constraints, but worst of all robbing us of our fantasies, our dreams, our aspirations, and even our desires. It slaps us down, suppressing us, and compressing us into idealistic molds, defined by stereotypical enclosures with hardened fasteners. We struggle to conform, to fit in, to adapt to the stringent requirements of law, morality, gravity, and other universal applications of physics. We normally live in True-Reality, the painful, unfair environment we all struggle to escape from but try as we may, we cannot. We continue to survive, always hoping but never receiving, always fighting and never winning.Cyber-Reality is a happy place, a widening zone of amalgamation interfacing Cyber-Space and True-Reality in a symbiosis of intertwined aspects and characteristics of both, but without constraints and limitations. We can dance, share, love, laugh, succeed, win, embrace, collaborate, and enjoy, without fear of judgment, reprisal, and consequence. We can be whoever we want, whatever we want, and reach out and touch that which we want, need, and desire. You are never too tall, too short, to skinny, to fat, to young, too old, too rich, too poor. All is well and perfect. There are no pedestals in Cyber-Reality. Only each other.
