Policies:

The company has several policies all of which revolve around NSW and Australian Commonwealth Legislation. Our policies are design to protect both us and our clients.

Returns Policy:

Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds, unless the goods are faulty, either by workmanship or failure to work under the conditions of which they where designed. We do have a 30 day return period where by any faulty goods may be returned. We will pay the freight on these items.

Security Policy:

We understand that most people are uncomfortable giving away any financial information via the Internet. We therefore also provide a direct debit payment system whereby we send you our account information and you make all payments direct into that account. More Information.
