Summer Sausage - Turkey

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. Lean ground meat (substitute ground turkey)
1 cup water
2 Tbl Morton Tender Quick salt
1 � tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
2-3 jalapeno peppers
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients well by hand
2. Shape into 3 rolls
3. Refrigerate 24 hours
4. Cook 300 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes
