| Following a number of reports resulting from the attacks of serial attacker Sam Lacey, it has been decided by Thames Valley Police that the most appropriate way to jog people's memories of the attacks, which should lead to further reports and the eventual locking up of Mr Lacey, is to create reconstructions.
