2/1/2005:  The Town's Building Inspector reverses decision; grants Wayside Youth and Family Services a building permit, citing the Dover Amendment applies to non-zoning issues.  The Sucker Pond Neighborhood Association is currently looking at the possibility of filing an appeal.  More news to follow on this website...
