"Alright patner you know what time it is....." the lights go up & the crowd gets, somehow, louder still. Most of the audience recognise the song as Rollin' by Limp Bizkit but the band suddenly burst in to their own "Keepin' It Chthonic" It becomes apparent through the first song that MC Rez has become more nimble since the Fury Murrys gig & moves around the stage much more, yet still insists in grabing his crotch at any possible moment. Their second song "Cums Around" is once again ended with a huge applause from the crowd, Rez dissapears for a moment then turns round with a big afro wig & a car licence plate reading MAFIA round his neck, he walks up to the mic & calmly says "I hope your not easily offended 'coz we're goin' to hell for this one" Phil starts the riff a few of the more obsessed fans recognise it instantly but it takes most a few bars to realise what is coming, "Lick My Ass" has become somewhat of an anthem in the boy's local area & the crowd start to bounce a little as they start chanting "Brian, Brian, Brian" a deep manly voice can be heard from the Right " I love you Brian, marry me !"
"Another Love Song" by the Insane Clown Posse starts the first of two covers. A swaying motion starts to appear & then before you had time to think, the whole audience was swaying side to side with their hands in the air. "Purple Pills" was met with the same sway but the song turns out to be too long & when played live just can't hold an audiences attention, infact by the end of the song the only person who wasn't standing still was Rez.
"Head Above Water" a firm band favourite was started with "This one's for Uncle Jim" Rez's uncle who recently passed away, their is an appreciative applause from most of the crowd, the song goes well althogh Gaz complains something was going wrong with one of the monitors, apparently it was screaching so loud he couldnt hear anything which caused him to stop on a couple of occassions & after the song he could be hard screaming "F@CK" at the top of his voice.
No one in the crowd could be prepared for what happened next, a pair of large fucia pants came flying on to the stage, rez picked them up "eww it's a pair of pants, hey who wants me to put them on my head for the next song !" well it's not to hard to imagine what happened next. So as he introduces their death-metal song "Welcome to the Lair" on his head are some bright pink pants, fortunatley they fell off son after :-) as soon as the deep, pounding drum beat started a mosh pit formed about two rows back, almost evryone who was there has some sort of injury.
The band finished off, once again with the clear fan favourite, "My Own Last Words". The mosh pit continues through this & Rez manages to remember the right words this time ;-) as the song goes into the outro Gaz jumps over his drum kit & throws himself onto Rez back, he throws a CD into the crowd (which later was rumoured to have hit someone right in the face, then was caught by Beefie !!)
I think most of the band would agree that this has been their best gig so far & they are sounding tighter than ever.
The band give one last roar as 80% of the band leave escorted backstage & leave Gaz to fight his way through the fans
