Lightning Reflexes- When adrenaline is introduced into his already enhanced neuro system, the brain sends and receives signals faster. This allows him to watch events in what appears to be slow motion. (Think of the first Spiderman movie at the fight in the school hallway)

Reputation- Once being a mercenary, he has friends and foes in the underground, and even a few links to the black market.

Linguistics- Kaze is fluent in English and Japanese

Street Smarts-

Medical Aptitude- The survival training gained from his father included basic first aid and anatomy.

Disadvantages:
Code of Honor- Kaze follows a code of decency, which may appear strict to some. If he has to kill someone, he does it quickly and cleanly, without much suffering. He also has a chivalrous streak a mile wide.

Phobia- After losing everything repetedly, Kaze has a fear of not being ready to defend himself and his associates.

Addiction- His fear leads him to undertake severe training, often overdoing it and badly injuring himself.

Hunted- Several people are after Kaze's unique powers.

Elemental Vulnerability to Flame-

Weak Spot- Vulnerability to Hypnosis. This is the drawback to his incredible sight. Hypnotic or subliminal flashes can easily confuse him or put him to sleep on the spot.

Weak Spot- An old wound from the attack on his hometown on his back.

Primary Weapon:
Primary Weapon- Long katana made of omnium. It usually has an anti polarity field around it, which instantly disrupts plasma shots/sabers, but it can be charged with other energies or a magnetic field. Reguardless of charge, it emits an eerie blue aura.

Secondary Weapons:
High calubur handgun- 15 rounds a clip, and enough storage for 5 clips.

Flashbang Shurikens- Shuriken that emits a bright blast of light and a high piched sound, damaging or disableing the target's vision and hearing. The effect can be set to impact trigger, time delay, or left inactive to be used as a normal throwing weapon.

Miniature Explosives- Used for opening doorways or for traps. Can be set on timers or tripwires. Not enough power to do significant damage to a building, but enough to dispatch infantry.

Special Abilities:
Ryu Kaihen- Kaze's most notorious ability. A lost form of magic, designed to manipulate the human body, and give it properties usually impossible. This paticular form gives Kaze the speed, strength, endurance, and intuition of a dragon. He is easily able to keep up with even the higher class reploids with this effect. Due to the inherent properties of magic, any mages within a five mile radius of Kaze will be able to track him on the mental equivilent of radar. When fully invoked, Kaze sprouts strong, flexible wings that allow him to fly and hover. The insides of the wings are soft and insulated, and the outsides are armored scales, capable of taking small arms fire. (Max speed: Mach 1.5 Max speed in crisis: [determination kicks in] Mach 2)

Uindo Ayatsuri- Kaze is unusually skilled in magic for a melee fighter, and leans toward wind-based magic. His only currently usable spell is Shockwave, a blast of air that can be fired alone or fused to a weapon of his choosing.

Appearance:
Kaze is 6'9" and only about 150 lbs. He is predominantly white, but has a minor streak of Japanese in him. Considered handsome by some, but he's not really much more than average. His lean frame appears physically weak, but is actually quite strong. He has sea green eyes, and dark brown hair that hangs to his nose on the front, and to his shoulders in the back. Not one for exuberance, he typically wears dark colors and earthtones. He usually can be found wearing beat up black military pants and a faded jade green t-shirt. His armor matches his style, and is ideal for stealth. An extremely lighweight system custom built for his combat patterns, it lacks heavy armor and punch. This lack of armor is somewhat compensated for by a low grade energy shield mounted on his left arm. The shield has an unlimited charge, but is far from indestructible. Even at full strength, it only provides about as much protection as a six inch layer of plywood. The right arm is almost completely unarmored, allowing maximum manuverability. All his magic emits a blue aura.

Personality:
Kaze is a quiet one, usually lurking around somewhere and trying not to be noticed. He cares for the friends he has, and naturally assumes a guardian role over them. The only loyalty he holds higher than his friends is to his little sister, who he has sheltered for many years against the world. Deep, pensive, and with a precocious mind, he questions the very nature of the world and its inhabitants. He loves quiet solitude, and is more likely to be found in the chapel than in the bar. He is often seen as a loner, but only because he only makes friends with those he beleives he can fully trust.
