He sells everything the mercs could want. From daily needs to exotic and rare goods, if he doesn't have it, then nobody probably does. Also owns a significant part of the adult entertainment industry in the area apparently.

Appearance:
A green colored Repliod, disheveled looking. Also greasy at times. Otherwise has a slightly squat and round, bald head. Seems like he is in is late 30's. Once wore a Blue suit when running his own bar.

Personality:
A dirty, perverted, and otherwise unethical salesman who doesn't have much in the way of sanity, but is otherwise very skilled at his trade. His trademark slogan is: 'Because I'm Crrraaaaazzzzzyyyy!.

History:
Providing the mercs with goods for as long as anyone can remember. He has done many a transaction at his store, from selling tuxedos to mercs requiring formal clothing for a mission, to taking bets at many a mach. He once owned his own bar, but it was destroyed shortly after it's founding, as it was a trap by Frost inc.
