Job Title:         R.O.C. Team Member

 

Responsible To:   Confirmation Coordinator

 

Job Description:  Welcome all Confirmandi and make them feel each is important.

                     Invite each Confirmandi to actively participate in Life Teen activities.

Implement the confirmation program under the direction of the Confirmation  Coordinator to the best of your ability.

                     Foster personal and spiritual growth of all Confirmandi.

                     Attend all ROC Team Meetings and Training Activities.

Grow in your personal faith and be a Christ-centered model for the Confirmandi.

 

Time Required:    □ ROC Team meetings – one meeting per month

                     □ ROC Activities (Wednesday nights, etc.) as scheduled

                     □ Life Nights, including Life Teen Mass, during the school year

                     □ One LOC Life Teen weekend retreat per year

                     □ Training – as scheduled

 

Training:           □ ROC Team Meetings

                     □ Training Activities

 

Qualifications:     □ Practicing Roman Catholic and grow in your faith

                     □ Ability to work with teens and adults

                     □ Willing to share your faith with others

                     □ Positive attitude

                     □ Enthusiastic

                     □ Self-motivated

                     □ Flexible

                     □ Maintain a minimum of a “C” average in school
