Description:

          A tree bearing large, fleshy, pearshaped fruit containing a single, large seed.  The leaves are oblong to ovate with a papery texture.  Flowers are very small.

          Prepare a decoction of leaves.  Take as a tea or tonic water. Apple warmed leaves on temples and forehead to relieve migraine headache

Description:

          A small hairy tree or shrub with wide leaves that are heart shaped at the based and pointed at the tip.  Flowers are small and arranged in a big cluster at the tip of the stem.  The small fruits turn purple when ripe.

Medicinal Values:

          Crush the leaves.  Apply as poultice on forehead.  Tie with a piece  of cloth to keep in place.

Description:

          A small tree.  The leaves are thin and wide resembling the wings of the butterfly.  It has long, narrow, flat pods.  The violet, pink or yellow flowers look like orchids.

          Pass the leaves  over the flame, Crush them. Apply on temples and other affected parts.

Description:

          Crush one clove. Mix with oil. Apply as poultice on the temple and forehead.

Description:

          A small tree bearing capsular fruits covered with soft spines. The bearing many contain many small, red seeds that produce the red annato dye. The leaves are ovate with a broad  base and pointed tips. Flowers are small white or pinkish clusters.

Medicinal Values:

          Bruise the young leaves. Apply on forehead and temples. Leave for a few hours and change when the leaves dry up.

Description:

Description:

         Crushed leaves maybe applied on the forehead.

         Stuff a small pillow with the leaves and use it as the pillow to relieve headache.

Description:

Medicinal Values:
         
          Heat the leaves over low flame. Bruise the leaves. Apply as poultice over the forehead. Leave overnight.

Description:

          Crush the leaves.  Mix with a little coconut oil and apply on the affected area.
