Hello, and Welcome to the International Association of Firefighters (I.A.F.F.) Local 1021 website. I would like to thank you for visiting this site and hope you find it as enjoyable as I do.
Local 1021 is comprised of 30 active union members that are governed by a 3 person Executive Board with a President, Vice-President and a Secretary/Treasurer as its principal officers.
As this century comes to a close, we as a union reflect on the past, particularly the past 50 years, as an organized fire department. We celebrated our 50th Anniversary this past year (1999) by placing a memorial stone in our park. Our park, Strohman Park, is named after Lt. Marvin Strohman, who is the only Marshfield Firefighter to die in the line of duty. He made the supreme sacrifice at a fireground scene, January 4, 1981.
I would like to encourage you to come back to this website often as this site will continue to be updated with the current events and happenings of Local 1021.
Again, Thank-you for stopping by and enjoy I hope you enjoy your visit!
Sincerely,
Brad Breuer,
President IAFF Local 1021
