Second on my fast menu is the always tasty Toasted cheese sandwich. Now while people think there is only one way to cook this, I offer two options.

The standard way is for us who don't care about extra calories. Take two slices of bread, and two slices of cheese.
Butter lightly one side of both slices, place one side down on a medium frying pan. Set the heat at 5. then place 1-2 slices of cheese, and top with the other slice butter side up.

Cook this for aproxomatly 3 min's, then flip. Then 3 mins more. Repeat as needed till a medium brown.


The other option for those of us who are watching our cholesterol, is to just cook it without the butter. Now this will result in your bread being cooked slightly slower due to no butter to be burnt and browned. I recomend in this to change the 3 minutes to 5 between checkin times.
The taste difference is negligable, but the health difference is immense, trust me =)
