(A few former 87th FIS Load Toads Yesterday and Today)

Our famous Father in 1998.  Glad to see he hasn't changed that much!  Father has been found recently in Kentucky.
This is Mark "Father Satay" (Help me on the spelling, KC!) Donohue, circa 1977.  Location:  KC's room in the 87th FIS barracks.  Father was one of our two musical and partying legends in the squadron.
KC today!  Is this the same guy???  Yep!  Our sources assure us this is indeed KC.  Today, KC lives in Poplar Bluff, MO, under the Witness Protection Act and...(Oops!!!  Sorry about that, KC!!)  As you can tell, he really enjoys that beautiful Harley-Davidson and being married to....
This is another musical and partying legend, Keith Carter, AKA "KC."  This pic was taken during tech school at Lowry AFB, CO, in 1976.  No matter what time of day or night you stopped by his room, there was always good music and good brewskis!!!
See???  What did we tell you about the brewskis??? KC enjoyed beer (still does) and was also making something out of the empties (in this case, a pyramid of 58 cans!).  Also note the haircut--this was (and still is!) a big no-no in the Air Force, but some folks found ways around that!  This pic was taken around 1978 in KC's room.
Jane, his better-half (and we have her permission to say so!).  She keeps KC on the straight and narrow these days and also enjoys that Harley! As noted before, they live in Poplar Bluff.  (We also have Jane to thank for scanning the vast majority of the photos you'll see throughout this site.  For several weeks, she slaved over a hot computer, scanning and sending and scanning and sending!  Once again, thanks Jane!!
Mugshot, Joliet State Prison, 2000... Oops!  We meant Driver's License photo from 2000.  Roger eventually became a wing historian in the Air Force and recently retired after serving 24 years.
This is Roger Hooker.  He didn't have a nickname although if he did, it probably would've been 'Beatles' because he was always listening to and/or trying to play (and we mean trying) Beatle songs on the guitar.  This was taken around 1978 in front of the 87th barracks.
