- DEVIANT ART: If you need inspiration, go here. This is a site where many artists post their works. I can spend hours just browsing through this site. There are so many gorgeous pieces of art... If only I had their talent... Language: English
OEKAKI CENTRAL: This is a site where people draw online using oekaki boards. I use to always draw on an oekaki site (not this one because there are WAY too many rules and restrictions), but this is a great place. Most of the art drawn here is anime. Language: English

XIAO STAR: This site has a lot of layouts ranging from div layout designs to iframes to pop-ups to table layouts. This is an anime theme site. Language: English
AETHEREALITY.NET: This site has a lot of layouts too (div-layout designs, iframe, pop-up, and table layouts). They also have an enormous anime gallery that includes really high quality scans. In this site, there are also tutorials to photoshop and many other neat things!! Language: English
