| Norfolk Southern acquired the lines that CONRAIL owned in Pennsylvania on June, 1999. NS has seen uneasy times since Day One. Today, NS seems to be retuning to the normal CONRAIL traffic levels. It will take a while though, to return to the reputation that CONRAIL had in the region. |
