In order for the dragons to survive, they have a certain amount of cattle down there. These cattle have very strong hides like the dragons to survive the heat of the earth. However, their hides are not strong enough to withstand the force of the dragons mouths. Since they cant be consumed much, the dragons only feast on them when they need to eat.

Why do the dragons stay confined? The answer is simple. When Diemos started conquering the world, the dragons opposed to his plans and tried an early rebellion against him. However, he sealed all of them away underneath the earth and made the seal so only he could break it. However, knowledge of how to break the seal was lost with him. The dragons of his time also have died out and the dragons left are descendents of them.

Only someone of equal magical power as Lord Diemos once had could break the seal, but he or she would have to know the exact location of where the seal is located and the exact incantations to unseal or cancel the seal. Only the ancient book of the dark arts contain the incantations. But the book has been lost for centuries and could be anywhere.

Dragons have the same setup as the humans do. They have a king, guards, scouts, and so many others. They value honor above anything else. They, however, deal with crime more brutal than anyone else does. Any crime has only one punishment and that is death. They feel that that is the only way that something is truely justified.

Dragons are only npcs. There are no player dragons or anyone controlling dragons. Dragons have too much willpower to be controlled, such as the fact that Lord Diemos could not control them and had to banish them. No one in this century has any knowledge of them at all. They are considered mythical creatures that once might have been in existence. However, there are those who believe that dragons once did exist, but they only have theories and no proof.
