THE SKILLS
Here are the skills that you can choose or train as you go along. You start the game with about 30 points that you can put in any of the skills before. For each point you gain, you can add it to more skills or add it to the skills to gain subskills of your choice. Remember, if the skill cant level up, you cant level up any more than you can.
FLIRT:
TOTAL: ANY AMOUNT OF POINTS-Allows you to flirt or talk with any guys easily. Available for only female characters. Guys will be interested by you pretty easily unless they have a higher will then your points here. Note: This can be used instead of persuade.
HACKING:
With this skill, you will be able to hack current computer lines or police connections and find things that will help your case. However, a failed hacking roll adds 1 to your Bounty Point. There is a -5 penalty for hackers with only Hacking as their skill. However, if you dont have Hacking as a skill, it fails automatically.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the Hacking itself.
COMPUTER HACKING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS. Penalty is reduced by 1 per point for regular computer hacking.
GATE HACKING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS. Penalty is reduced by 1 per point for gate hacking enabling you on successful rolls to not pay gate fees and docking fees.
MARTIAL ARTS:
With this skill, you are able to use martial arts to aid your battle abilities. BELOW are the arts you can learn.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the Martial Arts itself.
Tai Kwon Do:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Karate or Boxing, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
Judo:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Karate or Kunfu, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
Akido:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Tai Chi or Karate, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
Karate:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using no fighting styles, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
Mui Tai Kickboxing:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Akido, Karate, or Judo, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
Tai Chi:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Mui Tai Kickboxing, you add an additional 1 to your final total. SUBLEVEL: CHI WAVE-Roll a 20 sided die. If odd, you hit opponents with your chi. MUST BE FULL TO USE AND TOTAL IS 5 POINTS.
Boxing:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Adds 1 per point to your rolls for physical combat. If opponent is using Karate or Judo, you add an additional 1 to your final total.
MELEE WEAPON FIGHTING:
Skill allows you to use melee weapons with ease to attack with. Regalur penalties are -5 for attacking with Melee weapons.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the PILOTING itself.
MELEE SWORD FIGHTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Usage of sword with ease, it trains you to fight using the any type of sword easily and gracefully. Adds 1 per point you put in it. Adds 1 extra to the total when fighting against an unarmed opponent.
MELEE STAFF FIGHTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Usage of staff with ease, it trains you to fight using the staff easily and gracefully and keeping opponents at bay. Adds 1 per point you put in it. Adds 1 extra to the total when fighting against an unarmed opponent or someone using nunchucks or sais.
MELEE SAI FIGHTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Usage of sai with ease, it trains you to fight using the sai easily and gracefully and counter sword and nunchuck attacks. Adds 1 per point you put in it. Adds 1 extra to the total when fighting against an unarmed, sword, or nunchuck opponent.
MELEE NUNCHUCK FIGHTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Usage of sai with ease, it trains you to fight using the nunchucks easily and gracefully and repeating attacks. Adds 1 per point you put in it. You can make 1 extra attacks on the opponent.
PILOTING:
Skill allowing you to pilot vehicles with ease. Penalties are -5 to attack and defense rolls for attacking and defending though.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the PILOTING itself.
MONO MANUVERABILITY:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for defending or manueverablility for Mono vehicles and ships.
MONO SHOOTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for attack for Mono vehicles and ships.
MANUVERABILITY:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for defending or manueverablility for nonMono ships and vehicles
SHOOTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for attack for normal nonMono ships and vehicles.
SHARPSHOOTING:
Skill allowing you to shoot and not miss your target much. Penalties are -5 for shooting rolls without the below.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the Sharpshooting itself.
SNIPER:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for sniper rifles.
PISTOLS:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for pistols.
RIFLES:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for rifles.
MACHINE OR SUB MACHINE GUNS:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for sub machine guns.
STUN GUNS:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for stun guns.
SOCIAL SKILLS:
Social skills gives you the ability to communicate with other people and the ability to persuade people to do what they will. However, with other players, it depends on your actual communication skills. Penalties are -5.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the Social Skills itself.
PERSUADE:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Persuade allows you to persuade someone to talk with you when they don't want to or choose to keep information from you. However, if they actually dont know anything, then it won't have much effect. Adds 1 per point to your persuade rolls.
STEALTH:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Stealth allows you to hide from anyone who is looking for you. It also allows you to try and use the sniper attack and sniper scout listed before. When hiding, roll a 1d20. Penalties are -5. Adds 1 per point you have to your rolls. You evade the opponents notice if you are greater than the opponent.
SNIPER ATTACK:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Penalties are -10. If you have this, you can have a 1 shot attack, like a surprised attack. Add 1 per point you have to make the penalty a little less. If you are greater than opponents roll, You make an auto head shot.
SNIPER SCOUT:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-If you have this, you add 1 per point you have to SNIPER ATTACK.
THIEF:
Thief allows you to steal something from someone or a store with able ease. Without Thief, your stealing automatically fails. However, there is a -5 penalty for rolls if you have only the Thief skill. Though both failed and successful stealing rolls adds 1 to your bounty points.
NOTE: You can only choose the sublevels if you placed a point in the Thief itself.
LOCKPICK:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for picking locks. Failed picklocking rolls however jams the lock so it can not open.
PICKPOCKET:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for stealing wulong or items from opponent's pockets.
SHOPLIFTING:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for stealing items or wulong from stores.
BURGLARY:
TOTAL: 5 POINTS-Subtracts the penalties by 1 per point for stealing wulong or items from someone's house or ship.
WOMANIZING:
TOTAL: ANY AMOUNT OF POINTS-Allows you to flirt or talk with any girls easily. Available for only male characters. Girls will be charmed by you pretty easily unless they have a higher will then your points here. Note: This can be used instead of persuade.
