| For many of the designs in our portfolio, we offer a customized materials take-off that is invaluable in planning and estimating the cost of your new home. This Materials List outlines the quantity, type and size of materials needed to build your house (with the exception of mechanical system items). Included are framing lumber, windows and doors, kitchen and bath cabinetry, rough and finish hardware, and much more. This handy list helps you or your builder cost out materials and serves as a reference sheet when you're compiling bids. | Summary of Cost Outline: The Summary of Cost Outline is the first stage in the package and shows the total cost per square foot for your chosen home in your zip code area and then breaks down that cost down into various categories showing the costs for building materials, labor and installation. This report includes three grades - Budget, Standard and Custom. These reports allow you to evaluateyour building budget and compare the costs of busilding a variety of homes in your area. |

| Summary Material Cost Outline: This is also invaluable as the second phase of our package. It assists you in planning and estimating the cost of your new home. The material and installation (labor and equipment) cost is shown for each over 1,000 line items provided in the Mterials List, which is included when you purchase this estimating tool. It allows you to determine costs for specific zip-code area and for your chosen home design. Space is allowed for additional estimates from contractois and subcontractors, such as for mechanical materials, which are not included in our packages. |

| Plumbing: The blueprint package includes locations for all the plumbing fixtures, including sinks, lavatories, tubs, showers, toilets, laundry trays and water heaters. However, if you want to know more about the complete plumbing system, these plumbing details will prove very useful. Prepared to meet requirements of the National Plumbing Code, these fact - filled sheets give general information on pipe schedules, fittings, sump-pump details, water-softener hook-ups, septic system details and much more. Sheets also include a glossary of terms. |

| Construction: The Blueprint package contains information an experienced builder needs to contract a particular house. However it does not show all the ways that houses can be built, nor does it explain alternate construction methods. To help you understand how your house will be built, and offer additional techniques, this set of Constructions details is used to depict the materials and methods used to build foundations, fireplaces, wasss, floors, and roofs. Where appropriate, the drawings show acceptable alternatives. |
