In my case, there is a simply reason for choose it: it's the time I can do two of my hobbies -phonecards and travelling.
Actually, I do both things at the same time because I try to profit I'm abroad for doing some swapping with collectors and knowing a little more about the culture of the country I'm visiting by asking some general questions about the day-to-day...
I have visited almost the whole Europe: Portugal, Andorra, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Checz Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Luxemburg, Holland, Belgium, Great Britain and Ireland.
In America, I've just visited the USA and Canada.
Unfortunately, I have never been to Africa, but sooner or later I will...
During summer time I have also improved my foreign languages. I have spent two months in GB (Worthing and Brighton), a month in Ireland (Ballinasloe (Co. Galway)), a couple of months in France (Montpellier)(hi, Ramón!), a couple of months working in Germany (Köln)(hi, Fernando and the rest of the world-wide known "Tridente" team!) and 6 months working in the USA (Wisconsin Dells) in summer 2000 and 2001 (hi, Big Brother people!). And of course in Portugal (Ferragudo) so many months that you could not even imagine...
