COVERED SHELTER WITH PENS



This quality crafted R-panel shelter with pens was designed for goats and sheep. South facing shelter with attached corral constructed with 1 ½ inch square tubing with heavy gauge welded wire panels. Covered area is suitable for buck-containment, protection from predators, shelter and catch pen.

Three 4 x 6 covered confinement pens with hay racks structured for birthing, quarantining, or holding pens. Covered alley.

Structure has seven metal-framed heavy duty swing gates. Working pens are located within an approximately 4 ac trap with Range Master Field Fence.


BARN



Rustic style pole barn enclosed on three sides open to the south with dirt floor with corrugated tin roof. Wood stall framed with iron with a swing door. Covered hay storage for 700 square bales. 10 foot sliding door on west end. Enclosed storage and feed rooms with wood flooring. Feed troughs. Run for equipment storage. Electricity and water. Frost-free faucet. Silo and feed bin. Mister. Two pipe fenced corrals. Loading alley with three gates. Two 8' diameter concrete water troughs. SHOP



Located approximately 150 feet from the house, the 30 x 40 Mueller metal shop is constructed on a six-inch concrete slab. The shop is insulated. Utilities include electricity, water and telephone. Ten foot roll-up door, front and rear exterior doors. Tool room includes four work benches and peg-board walls. The bathroom has fiberglass shower stall, toilet, mop sink, water heater, septic pump, and storage shelves. Above the tool room is an approximately 10 x 40 storage loft with stair access. Front and rear mercury lights with on/off switches. Rocked drive. Rear steps.
