| Yep, it's me, The Brat, (although generally now I prefer the more grown-up Lauren) live and in the flesh. I know you are laughing about the fact that I put myself first in this update page-but c'mon-would you expect anything else from me??? I didn't think so. I have been living here in Chapel Hill, NC for almost a whole year now. I am in the middle of changing jobs-don't worry, I've done this a few times since I have been here. You know, I really didn't know exactly how useless a degree in history was going to be...some of you could have clued me in!!! In a few weeks I will be moving into my new apartment. Can you guess who I will be sharing my new space with??? If you guessed Sarah a.ka. The Princess then you are 100% correct!!! I'm not exactly sure how this is going to work out-but I'm pretty sure that we will manage. And if not, well, I can always move back to Tamaqua... Right, a team of wild horses couldn't drag me back there-but I didn't need to tell you that now did I? Let's see, what else coul you all possibly want to know about me. Oh yeah, boys. How could I forget about the boys. Well, as most of you already know, shortly after I moved down here I caught my Adventure Boy-please-like there was ever any doubt! The problem is, now that I caught him, I'm not really sure what I should do with him. Afterall, I'm not really a relationship kind of gal. (I have info on all of the other crazy boys in my life that I am more than happy to share-but we will get to them later.) Other than that, there is not much more to tell...I am making a special guest appearance in Tamaqua over the 4th of July for Independence Jenny's 23rd birthday, and I am sure chaos will ensue. But again, we can talk more abt Tamaqua later. Right now, let's move on with the updates!!! |
