and picture as a guide for stitching general location of
draping tinsel by running straight or back stitches
then add tiny numerous straight stitches at random angles
and lengths in quantity that works on your fabric court
Star & Greeting: Straight-Stitch in fine gold braid
Small Glass Beads can be substituted for Christmas lights and
holly berries on hat
Suggested finishes: Christmas onament; made into a card (will fit
4x6 envelope); wall hanging to be made by stitching a
compatible fabric "frame" with tabs at top for hanging to
finished design
