I've charted it both 14 high and 12 high counts with a set of various sized for the numbers. This is the smallest the small letters can be charted and go with a 14 or 15 high capital. There are a couple of different fonts called Bernhard Fashion, including one from Hallmark. However, note in the original that the small letters are lifted above the base line by a couple of squares.
If Geocities would let me, I'd upload the font to this site so you could download directly, if you desired. That not being the case, if you are interested in the font, just type "bernhardfashion.ttf" or "bernhard fashion.ttf" or "bernfash.ttf" on a search engine and you'll find several sources. As always, never d/l a file from a site you do not trust. FYI, I've d/l over 1000 fonts and have never run into a problem, however I can not guarantee there are not some out there.
