Born on August 22, 1955 in Owensboro, KY...currently resides in Nashville, TN...married Dianne (9/23/89)�has two children (twins), Tyler Wayne and Austin Baird (9/25/96)�received an associate engineering degree from Brescia University (1975)...attended the University of Kentucky's College of Architecture� played baseball through college�starting umpiring as a hobby and turned it into a profession...enjoys spending time with his family, golf and fishing....Joined the major league staff in 1993...previously umpired in the South Atlantic League, Midwest League, Southern League, American Association, Pacific Coast League, International League and Venezuelan League.
