| I have been involved in pottery for over 45 years. My clay work is a combination of thrown & hand built sculptural pots decorated using locally produced clay. My husband has his own recipe for producing the white clay body that I mainly use. Some works are in South Australian terracotta, medium fired in an electric kiln. Decorated both in oxides and bright earthenware colours. |
| In 2001, my studio was opened to the children and some parent helpers to work on a community project. We decorated 40 ceramic tiles which became the table top in the barbeque area of the local Pioneer Park. Several budding artists were discovered amongst the children. Around the border of the table the names of past & present residents were added. |
