*Name: Phiona - daughter of Sailor Phi

*Physical Appearance: Her hair is shorter than Phi's, like to her mid neck, and it's brown blonde. She dresses like Phi did, but her skirt is above her knees, the shoulder flaps are like a metal brace, and her shoes are now full-on heels instead of sandal heels. When in normal clothing she wears the most fashionable clothes, which mostly are a bunch of mini skirts and tank tops.

*Powers: The ability to call up energy from anything or anyone and use it against them in any way.

*Weapon: She has the same staff of Phi, which she uses as a sword or to call up energy to form into an attack or to whack Chano across the head with.

*History: While Phiona was young, her mother, for fear that Galaxia may kill Phiona if she knew of her, hid her in the star seed garden where she guarded the star seeds. One day she came across Chano, her cousin, and saw him training. She figured she might need to fight someday so she copied him in secret. She watched him while he trained and memorized the moves and when Chano was asleep she borrowed his training tools and did the moves herself. She found them very hard and tiring, but she had a strong will and she would be there if anyone had to fight against the Animates. When Phi died the staff appeared to Phiona and she has kept it with her forever. When Galaxia was set free the star seeds bloomed and this made her sick. It was then she approached her cousin, Chano, and asked to be his partner. After proving her skill to him he agreed. In the end she was by his side when it was their time to fight, her mother's staff and spirit with her.
