*Nick Name: The Phoenix

*Physical Appearance: Hair; black with blood red highlights, Eyes; blue, the color of the center of a flame, Height; 6�3. His eyes are surrounded by thick lashes that make his eyes stand out on his tanned face. His hair always has a purposefully disheveled look because he runs his fingers through it constantly.

*Powers: Magic and psychic. People are constantly calling him a wizard because he has no inhibitions about using his powers in public.

*Attacks: Julian is Kiara�s student and protector, as is Neko, and he only fights when Kiara bids him.

*Weapon: The only weapons Julian relies on are his hands and his mind.

*History: Julian is 23 years old and madly infatuated with Kiara, who he calls Dr. Brennan. Kiara found him terrorizing some people with an illusion of a Phoenix rising from a fire before him and immediately swooped him up for her own when he was 16 and gave him the nickname of Phoenix.

He was born and raised in Ireland and has a prominent Irish lilt in his voice. His parents are both still alive (as far as he knows), although he hasn�t heard hide or hair of them since he turned 13 and left for Neo-Crystal Tokyo. Something about the power in the city drew him there and when Kiara found him he knew she and what she offered him was why.
