- They were a group of high tech nomads who finally settled in Crystal Tokyo. Silver and her husband were the Leaders, the sort of Alpha female and male, of the Moonlight Tribe. The Enlightened are a group that live on their own, depending on their own advanced technology to live. They are a sort of odd, advanced race of highly intelligent humans... the First Enlightened was a genetics experiment that managed to get out and make a living... Sparky was born as a sort of Princess figure in her tribe... the Elders of the Tribe adored her and loved her spirit... they said she had an aura that could save the world. She grew up, experimenting with things... growing more and more intelligent and developed more and more traits of what the Elders had seen in her the first time she had been brought before the Council... she was to be Sailor Aquarius... But the Elders never told her or her parents until she reached of age. They told her parents to bring her up in extensive training, wisdom and learning... that she would one day be great... When she turned sixteen she was brought before the Council and it was explained to her... She took it well, having the spirit of Aquarius in her, knowing she lived only to serve and save her world... the years passed and she resumed her normal life, awaiting the arrival of the one who would show her her full Destiny... She just hoped the others would accept her for what she was, though she couldn't understand why they wouldn't because she was like them even though she was different in her own ways...

*Physical Appearance: Sparky is tall, about five foot, ten inches and slender with a little muscle and a flat chest and stomach. She has short, boyishly cut silver white hair that has a slight wave in it and seems to always have a hint of sunlight on it. Her eyes are an odd crystalline quicksilver color that seem distant or day dreamy, yet have a deep compassion in them. She's a beautiful young lady with youthful, calm features with a slight air of nobility. She doesn't really care for formal clothing... or even dresses or skirts that much... she usually wears clothes that hang off of her in odd places or are too baggy or clash... even miss matched. Her clothing is usually unconventional and goes against the crowd. She likes to wear reds and the occasional magenta along with blacks, whites and silver. She usually has an odd, far away but gentle smile on her face and her eyes are full of life. She usually wears a red, black or silver silk choker with the sign of Aquarius on it. It was given to her by Silver, her mother. She also wears a ring with ruby in it with the sign of Aquarius etched in the gem, given to her by Swift, her father.

*Weapon: Aquarius Power Pistol~ A smooth metallic red squirt gun (one of those smooth ones that sort of looks like a space ship with the little fins and stuff) the sign of Aquarius set in the side out of ruby. She sometimes uses it only in play by pulling the trigger without saying any divine power call. Or she can use it with her attack, the Aquarius Power Pistol Mega-Blast, in which she holds out the gun in front of her, makes the power call and then pulls the trigger, sending a high energy blast of wind and water, plus a touch of psych to add a little fun, er, stun. She rarely uses it because she would rather not fight or use hand to hand combat and it tends to drain a lot of her energy because it uses all three of her powers.
*Personality: Sparky is rather... odd. She's a total brainchild and a genius to a somewhat scary point. She's humble, a humanitarian, she doesn't understand the reason why everyone remains so prejudiced against each other... her motto is: 'Why can't we all just get along?... so put down the gun.' Sparky is extremely compassionate and caring... she's also one of those people that are eternal optimists that forgive even the greatest trespasses. Sparky tries to love everyone... even the bad guys... she hates to see people fighting... and wonders why the world has gone so down hill when people could just open their eyes and see what's going on... and see why everything is so wrong. Sparky never openly rebels... it's subtle if she does. Sparky is extremely intelligent and loves to experiment with things... she had blown the house up when she was ten... her parents should have never got her that chem set. Sparky is also telepathic and has slight powers over telekinesis due to her amazingly open mind. She's also a pacifist most of the time and the occasional goof off. Sparky, though a pacifist, amazingly is an extremely proficient fighter in hand to hand combat and can use a large variety of weapons.
*History: Sparky was born into an odd family... Her parents named her Sparky because they say that she had a light in her eyes when she first opened her eyes and smiled in her mother's arms. Her mother's name is Silver Akai and her father's name is Swift Akai. They were nobles in their own way, in their own colony. Sparky was born into a nomad group known as the Enlightened, the Tribe she was in was the Moonlight Tribe.
