Hi, My name is Lindy, I'm 45 years old and come from the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia. In 1999, I met the love of my life, an American from Florida USA, I came over to visit him in November'99 and have been back and forward across the vast Pacific Ocean 5 times now. I've been living in Florida with Bud since May 2000. now.. The photos on these pages were taken in July 2000 when I took my American back home to see the beauty and wonders of Australia. We had a marvellous time !!! I have two incredible children, Sarah 15 and Kyle 12, they are more than any mother could ever want and I am so proud of their achievements. Sarah is a very talented young lady and is a high achiever in whatever she pursues. She is fluent in Japanese and excels in Art too, but is planning a career in Law!!!. Kyle is a quiet achiever who is looking to further himself in Information Technology, his skills in the computer programming area are terrific for his age.....I'm hoping for another Bill Gates!!! I love them both dearly and miss them while we are so far apart. I enjoy chatting on the internet, making new friends and learning about different cultures. I love the water and am blessed to live in such a beautiful area of Australia, beaches are abundant, as are the rainforests and green clad mountains behind the coast. The photos of the lorikeets were taken about half an hours drive into the mountains from my home. Following the recent Olympics in Australia, many of you may be interested in more about my country.
