Pat wired the front & back porch lights
A cheery yellow bath with narrow shower stall squeezed into a downstairs closet next to the fireplace - good use of space.
Whole-house on-demand water heater went in the pantry- the pantry door is too narrow for a washer/dryer.
A corner of the back porch was enclosed soon after the house was built - tub works great after new washers in the original faucet.  Took down the cool Formica to make tables, etc. out of.
Dean did nearly all the supply line work,  in CPVC for both hot & cold from main line to faucets, and most P/S-traps.
Pat did nearly all the wiring runs, outlets breakers & lights (Dean & Buddy did the first few)
Special thanks to neighbor Buddy, who did the hard work with Dean getting the two electrical main boxes and main lines run.  To Rick, whose crew did the roof and structural work, and who did much of the plumbing drain line work.  And especially Bill, who did a lot of roofing and other hard stuff, and who'se kept us sane.  He and Chris have also turned into fast friends.  Thanks!
