| School is going well, as expected. Bethan is excited to be learning to read and can name every child in her classroom. Jeffery is doing well to keep up with piano, viola, choir, advanced math, and his third grade work. Thomas has begun walking and is cutting five more teeth. Ron's looking into getting a garage built this coming spring and Laura's arranged to get the hardwood floors uncovered and refinished in the dining and living rooms. We'll be traveling to Philadelphia Columbus Day weekend to meet up with Oswego friends; Keith, Kevin, Michele & Howard. Jeffery and Bethan are also looking forward to checking out Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. |

Jeanette (Laura's cousin) is expecting a second child in April. This will be her first full winter in upstate NY. Joey, their beagle, came along from Fort Drum and seemed pleased to meet us. |
