Daily recaps for all soaps can be found here. Click on "updates," then select your soap, and the day you are looking for. TV Guide adds their updates on the day the episode is aired. They are average in length and depth of coverage. It is a great place to go if your VCR didn't tape your show and you want to know what you missed before the next day's episode airs. Also good for a weekly update, since it won't take too long to read.

They have daily recaps, for all soaps, that are extremely detailed. Their recaps are not always posted on the day the episode aired, so you may need to wait a day to find out what you missed. Click on your soap, then click "Daily Recaps" to find the information you are looking for. Their recap archives go back to 1996 for most soaps.

It's free, quick, and at least as accurate as a response from a poster on a message board. Ask about anything that has happened on any soap you watch and the volunteer will get you the answer. I don't know why they do it, I just know that I got an answer to a soap history question through them.

If all this wasn't enough, Dustin even has a recap of DOOL's first episode! An absolute must for fans who've never seen it, and those who want to relive the experience. Dustin also has some wonderful history features, highlights include the character bios, the DiMera family FAQ's and the John Black FAQ's (my personal favorite).
