My presentation on the Salvadoran "anti-terrorist" legislation at the Latin American Studies Association Congress in September went very well. I am now trying to get it published in scholarly journal. Unfortunately, however, thirteen Salvadorans continue to face charges of terrorism for protesting against the privatization of the nation's water system.
