Why did he leave me un-evolved?
Words of pain a mystery unsolved
My world is crumbling beneath my hands
My hopes and dreams dragging into the sand
I've died a thousand times tonight
Never like this where nothing is right
His voice echoes in my lost mind
Left me again, happiness is blind
Seems of no reason yet there are many
Can not tell me one if there are any
Father is his name, or was it
In an empty corner he will sit
A traffic of words fill these ears
He is gone
I have felt my Father's tears
