HYGEIA DAY 2006
Michelle Bruner, Assistant Director at the Academic Success Center was our guest speaker for Hygeia Day.

Michelle's presentation on Stress Management was informative as well as interactive.
Topics included:

-Causes of stress
-How to cope with stress
-Acute vs. chronic stress
