Class of: 2010
Upon graduation, I hope to practice: While I am yet undecided, I am leaning towards hospital work outside of Michigan; perhaps in oncology or pediatrics.
Reason for joining LKS: I joined with a friend to meet new people and get involved in something I may have passed up otherwise!
Reason for choosing pharmacy as a profession: My favorite subject is chemistry, and it was either this or medical school - I personally hate biology, so pharmacy worked out perfectly!
Favorite Book: I have way too many to decide on one.
Favorite food: Curry chicken with almond rice
Hobbies: Running, working out, historian duties, escaping for fun to get away from school.
Best advice I can give to....
*Your LKS sisters: Don't be afraid to ask your sisters for help, there is someone who knows exactly what you are going through.
*Other pharm students: Study hard and aim short term goals to keep yourself sane.
*Pre-pharm students: Be prepared for a tough couple of years through school, but the relationships made with the people along the journey make it all the worthwhile.
