Upon graduation, I hope to practice: In a hospital setting and hopefully specializing in Cardiology.
Reason for joining LKS: Seemed like a great way to meet the successful ladies in the program and make friendships.
Reason for choosing pharmacy as a profession: I knew I wanted to do something in a health profession, but was not interested in medical or dental, so pharmacy was the next option; ended up liking it a lot :)
Favorite Book: Pride and Prejudice
Favorite food: Persian
Hobbies: Hanging out with family and friends, working out, shopping, and movies.
Best advice I can give to....
*Your LKS sisters: Work hard! Remember that we're all in this together and we will be there to help each other.
*Other pharm students:Study hard and at the same time, try to squeeze in some fun, get to know your fellow classmates, they are the greatest asset to you in the program and you will make friendships that will last a lifetime.
*Pre-pharm students: Working experience in a pharmacy setting helps a lot in addition to a strong personal statement and recommendation letters because they stand out the most when reviewed by the admission committee.
