Philosophy of Education |
As an educator of my students, my philosophy of education maintains the environment in which the students learn is conducive to the learning process. It is imperative to provide an atmosphere where the students feel comfortable and confident. Here, the students will enjoy learning from both the teacher and each other. My goal is to put the students on the right path to becoming good, productive citizens. This will be achieved through the students discovering their own identities separate from those around them, and the educator recognizing the worth of each student as an individual with his or her own special needs. |

Philosophy of Classroom Discipline |
Classroom discipline must be exhibited by all students for proper learning to take place. Observable rules will be developed democratically as a community. Students will always be praised, and sometimes awarded for correct behavior. Improper behavior is intolerable to prevent the interference of other students' education. |

Philosophy of Classroom Management |
Effective management of a classroom is best achieved through: awareness of the teaching schedule so students learn how to be punctual and responsible, maintenance of adequate classroom materials so teaching is never hindered, and good transitions between subjects and an activity so learning time is never delayed. |
