How To Install
The software is packaged in an easy to use installer, which, only adds the  browser to the active user account in windows. This is perfect if you are using  a family machine, or outside machine where you wish to keep your own personal  programs and settings private. No other users besides those who have the browser  installed will be able to see or use the browser. The browser installed on each  different account will have its own settings folder with different custom  settings for each user. Back to Top

How to Playback Digital Media
Juicy Duff Browser supports Digital Media playback from various different  formats, provided you have the required codec's installed. The formats vary from  audio to video, and coming soon, pictures and images. See the table below to  find what codec's Juicy Duff Browser requires to play specified file types.
Media Type Required Codec Where to Get It
Mp3 (Audio) Mpeg Layer 3, this Codec is already Installed        with Windows 98 and above.
WMA (Audio) Already Installed With Windows XP, can be        updated from the Internet. Microsoft
Mpeg 1 (Video) This codec is already installed with Windows.
AVI (DivX, Xvid) Both codec's are free to download from the        internet, DivX and Xvid.  DivX and       Xvid
After you have these codec's installed, you can Open a file using the Media    menu at the top of the screen, in this order click:
Media
Open File (or Open URL if you want to stream something from the      Internet)
If Open file, choose the File Type from the Menu at the top
If Open URL, enter a valid Media URL into the box displayed and click      Open to start streaming.
If Open File, use the folder and drive panes to locate the file you want      to play, highlight it and select Open. The file will then start playing if      AutoPlay is turned on, otherwise click Play button to start the file      playing.
If the files will not play, this may be because of certain restrictions    that may be On your Computer. To overcome these, see the section of the site    showing JuicyDuff Browser and Restriction/Security Software
If you have any further questions on Media Playback, you may E-Mail me for    Technical support. You Can reach me at   [email protected] , here you can send Feature Requests amongst other    things, but to ensure your question is answered properly, and with optimum    efficiency, mark the subject line as "Media Playback Question In JD    Browser"

Automatic Updating
This function is not yet available in Beta Builds, and so to Update your  software you must click Help and then Online Update. The Online Updater will  quite simply connect to the internet and check if you need a software update, if  you do, you will be notified and given the option to download. Some Updates are  critical, and you may be prohibited from further using the browser, until you  have agreed to upgrade to the latest version. Check the support cycle for  Regular MurphmanL Software products:
