Linda’s Oriental Chicken

    

   

             

Ingredients:

 

·        1 1b. Skinless thinly sliced Chicken Breasts - marinated in refrig. overnight in a Teriyaki Marinade

·        Broccoli (2 large bunches) steamed (do NOT overcook!)

·        Snow Peas  (approx. ½ pound - cook in approx. ½ cup water and ¼ teaspoon of salt for about 5 minutes)

·        Scallions (approx. 6 chopped)

·        Tall can of Chinese stir-fry sliced Baby Corn, drained and rinsed

·        Can of sliced Water Chestnuts, drained and rinsed

·        Jar of Green Giant sliced Mushrooms

·        Paul Newman’s Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing (to taste), approximately ¼ - ½ the bottle

·        Freshly Ground Black Pepper

·        Sweet Paprika

 

Directions:

 

Grill chicken, and slice to bite size pieces.  Place all ingredients into a large serving bowl.  Toss, and cracked fresh black pepper, and sprinkle paprika on top.  Serve with white rice.
