| SO NOW YOU CAN SEE WHAT i WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT WHEN it WAS INTRODUCED TO ME... I had a period of time that I was unable to play my guitar...a few months,actually. It caused me to loose alot of my playing speed and dexterity. Then I got a brainstorm I always worked on building my speed by picking one riff and playing it very,very slow(to be sure that it sounded clean). I'd play it slowly,over and over for 5-10 minutes. Next I'd pick up the tempo and do the same thing. Then I'd pick up the tempo again...and again..and again until I'd be able to play it at a superfast speed. What I found out was that I was able to play everything faster.
