Rules and Consequences
Supplies Needed

Supplies needed: Notebook paper, several pencils, at least one black ink pen, (erasable ink is best but not required), one hiliter, one box of tissue, and a small calculator. If you cannot bring a calculator, you will be provided a school calculator for which you will be responsible.
Gel pens and white-out CANNOT be used in the classroom on assignments. White-out is not allowed at school.

CLASSROOM RULES AND CONSEQUENCES
1.    Respect others' rights and property.
2.    Absolutely NO HORSEPLAY.
3.    Pay attention to all instruction. Anytime instruction is
       being given, students may not talk without permission.
4.    Control talking with neighbors. When working in
       groups, voices must be kept at a low volume.
5.    Be prepared with all necessary supplies.
6.    Complete all work on time.
WEEKLY CONSEQUENCES
1st Infraction: Verbal Warning
2nd Infraction: Turn Card
3rd Infraction: Detention and Telephone Parents
4th Infraction: Referral to the Office and Telephone Parents
Severe Misbehavior will result in an automatic referral to
the Office.

CLASSROOM PROCEDURES
1.    Write your name, the subject, and the page number in
       the upper right corner on ALL assignments written on
       regular notebook paper.
2.    Correct work in red pen or red pencil only.
3.    Have all your own supplies (paper, pencils, pens).
4.    Using "gel pens" on assignments is prohibited.
5.    Having "white-out" in the classroom is prohibited.
6.    One excused trip from the classroom is allowed for
       each day of the school week, then detention will
       be assigned.
7.    You have the same number of days you were absent to
       make up work.
8.    Late work will not be accepted unless due to absence.
       Any assignment that cannot be produced at the time of
       exchanging or collecting for correcting will be a "0"
       and automatic recess detention is assigned.
9.    Your desk must be kept neat and organized.
