+        4   F    iii.  Adeline Dorothea Gohr was born on 24 Apr 1851 in Prebendow, Prussia, was christened on 18 May 1851 in Stojentin, Kreis Stolp, Prussia died on 1 Nov 1931 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois  # 30596, at age 80 ¹, and was buried on 4 Nov 1931 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois  Lot 759 Sec 3.  Immigrated about 1870.

 

 

          5   F    iv.  Hermine Caroline Gohr was born on 7 Mar 1853 in Prebendow, Prussia. There is an adult Hermine Gohr buried in Concordia Cemetery—more research needs to be done to establish if she is that person.  Immigrated with brother Albert 19 May 1873 Ship Calabria.

 

 

+        6   M     v.  Albert Gohr was born on 14 Jul 1855 in Zezenow, Kreis Stolp, Pommern, Germany died on 7 Nov 1924 in Kimball Township, Jackson County, Minnesota, at age 69 ³, and was buried on 11 Nov 1924 in German Lutheran Church Cemetery.

 3.  Johann Ferdinand Gohr Sr. (Wilhelm ¹) was born on 25 Jun 1849 in Prebendow, Prussia and died on 12 May 1935 in Jackson County, Minnesota, at age 85.

Johann married Hermine Lorr, on 21 Oct 1877 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois.  He and his wife lived in Chicago until the early 1890’s when he moved to Jackson County, Minnesota, where he farmed.

 4.  Adeline Dorothea Gohr (Wilhelm ¹) was born on 24 Apr 1851 in Prebendow, Prussia, was christened on 18 May 1851 in Stojentin, Kreis Stolp, Prussia died on 1 Nov 1931 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois  # 30596, at age 80 ¹, and was buried on 4 Nov 1931 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois  Lot 759 Sec 3.  The cause of her death was chronic Myocarditis with artereosoleiois. 

 

General Notes: Was living with her daughter Adeline Gersch Hauserman before she died.

I obtained death certificate it lists birth year as 1851 Germany.  It states that she lived in US for 60 years, showing that she came over from Germany about 1870-71.  The mothers name not known on death certificate.  Her daughter Dorothea Krack was listed as the informant.

        23   M    ix.  Walter Gersch was born on 15 Jan 1888 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois died on 9 Dec 1928 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois  #6035687, at age 40 ⁶, and was buried on 13 Dec 1928 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois.  The cause of his death was cardiac Chronic.

 6.  Albert Gohr (Wilhelm ¹) was born on 14 Jul 1855 in Zezenow, Kreis Stolp, Pommern, Germany died on 7 Nov 1924 in Kimball Township, Jackson County, Minnesota, at age 69 ³, and was buried on 11 Nov 1924 in German Lutheran Church Cemetery.  The cause of his death was apoplexy. 

 

General Notes: Came to the United States and settled in Chicago, Illinois.   He married Wilhelmine Stenke in 1875, Chicago, Illinois. To this union twelve children were born, two died in infancy.  They migrated to Minnesota with five of their children and settled in Kimball Township in Jackson Co., in 1891.  There five more children were born.  Albert and Wilhelmine were faithful members of Immanuel Lutheran Church.  All their children attending confirmation school there.

Olga married Gilbert Chris Satter, in 1912. 

 

        36   M    ix.  George Gohr was born on 10 Apr 1895 and died on 8 Mar 1925, at age 29. 

 

        37   M     x.  Leo Gohr was born on 18 Mar 1897 and died on 29 Oct 1952, at age 55.
