Friedrich married Johana Wendt, daughter of Wendt and Unknown.

Otto married Theresa in May 1876 in Germany.

          4   F    iii.  Johanna Urlaub was born on 16 Sep 1862 in Germany, died on 13 May 1934 in Forest Park, Cook Co, Illinois, at age 71, and was buried on 15 May 1934 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois.

Richard married Emma Auguste Emile Urlaub on 18 May 1895 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois #232408.

2.  Otto Urlaub (Friedrich ¹) was born on 15 Nov 1849 in Kreis Stolp, Germany, died on 23 Nov 1931 in Forest Park, Cook Co, Illinois, at age 82, and was buried on 25 Nov 1931 in Waldhiem Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County, Illinois.  The cause of his death was chronic Myocarditis.

          7   F     ii.  Elizabeth Urlaub was born on 13 Aug 1889 in Illinois, died on 30 Nov 1918 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, at age 29, and was buried on 2 Dec 1918.  The cause of her death was pulmonary Tuberculosis. 

 

3.  August Urlaub (Friedrich ¹) was born in Jan 1855 in Kreis Stolp, Germany, died on 10 Dec 1923 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois  Presbyterian Hospital, at age 68, and was buried on 13 Dec 1923 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois.  The cause of his death was drospey.

        11   M    iv.  Richard Gustav Urlaub was born on 17 Jul 1894 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 18 Jul 1894 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, died on 15 Aug 1933 in Cicero, Cook County, Illinois, at age 39, and was buried on 19 Aug 1933 in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County Illinois.  The cause of his death was chronic Myocarditis. 

 

He never married.

General Notes: At time of 1920 Census they were living at 2019 W 23rd St Chicago, Il along with Richards brother in law Otto who was 26 and born in Illinois, and his mother in law Johanna

Arthur married Freda on 22 Aug 1935 in Forest Park, Illinois.

        15   F    iv.  Lucille B Urlaub was born on 6 Jun 1903 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 11 Jul 1903 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and died on 2 Dec 1997 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, at age 94.  Another name for Lucille was Louise Emma Alwine. ²

        19   M    iv.  William Arthur Urlaub was born on 23 Jun 1921 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois and died on 22 Jun 1982 in Contra Costa County, California, at age 60. 

 

13.  Herbert Rudolf Wilhem Urlaub (Richard ⁵, Friedrich ¹) was born on 26 Jul 1898 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 14 Sep 1898 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and died in Feb 1981 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, at age 82.

        21   M    ii.  Richard Victor Clarence Urlaub was born on 20 May 1925 in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 6 Jun 1925 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and died on 16 Aug 1961, at age 36.

        22   F    iii.  June Lucille Urlaub was born on 20 Jun 1926 in Forest Park, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 28 Aug 1926 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and died on 4 Mar 2001 in South Haven, Michigan, at age 74. 

 

June married William George Petertil Sr., son of George Petertil and Mary Pribyl, on 9 May 1951. 

 

14.  Clarence Otto Theodor Urlaub ¹ (Richard ⁵, Friedrich ¹) was born on 22 Nov 1900 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, was christened on 15 Jan 1901 in St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, died on 10 Jun 1977 in Tampa, Florida, at age 76, and was buried in Jun 1977 in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park Columbarium, Tampa, Hillsborough County Florida. 

 

General Notes: In 2001 after the death of his youngest daughter Patricia, Sister living Fahse had the ashes removed from vault and they were brought back to Illinois and hopefully will be placed in Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County, Illinois, as this was the first place Clarence and his wife Elfrieda wished.

 

Clarence married Elfrieda Martha Marx, daughter of Karl Rudolph Marx and Auguste Blümel, on 12 Jun 1920 in Crown Point, Indiana. 

 

Marriage Notes: They met at a Jewish picnic, and they eloped in Crown Point Indiana. Elfrieda did not tell her parents that she got married.  Upon marrying she got pregnant right away.  She kept this a secret from her parents and apparently lived the beginning of her marriage as if single.  Later in that year 1920, she and her parents made a trip back to Germany.  The trip on the ship along with being pregnant has its toll and Elfrieda got real sick.  She had to tell her parents about her marriage.  She later (Feb 1921) delivered a stillborn baby girl.

Living married Living Isaksen, daughter of Roy Gustav Isaksen and Laura Adeline Augusta Krack, at Jehovah Lutheran Church Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. 

 

        26   F    iv.  Living Urlaub was born in Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois and was christened at St. Matthäus Kirche, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.³ 

 

Living married Emil Herman Fahse, son of Emil Theodore Fahse and Martha Margaret Engler, at Linn Creek, Missouri. 

 

        27   F     v.  Patrica Ann Urlaub was born on 19 Dec 1940 in Walter Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois, was christened on 25 Jan 1941 in Calvary English Evangelical Lutheran Church, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and died on 6 Jun 2000 in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at age 59.  The cause of her death was cancer.
