This is a survey for those of our guests age 17 and up who would be interested in visiting an 'R' rated haunt.  If you are not 17 or older you can still fill out this survey but until you are 17 you will not be able to visit an 'R' rated haunt hosted by Tyng's Terror/Asylum 13.
This survey is for informational purposes only and is not meant to imply in any way that we are definitely hosting an 'R' rated tour.  We are trying to find out if there is enough interest in this idea to make it feasible.
NO ONE under the age of 17 would be admitted on this tour.  NO EXCEPTIONS
You would be allowed to touch back.  Please keep in mind though that our actors
won't be trying to harm you so please try not to harm them.
These three situations are what make this an 'R' rated tour.
Unfortunately this is something that we would not be able to avoid.
This tour would be considered 'Enter at your own risk' just as with all of our typical tours and
we would not allow anyone on the tour that has not signed a waiver.

Keep in mind that at the age of 17 we would be considering you to be an
adult.  Furthermore you would be expected to act like one and not do
anything that would be considered hostile.  Please think about this before
deciding to attend an event such as this.  Our actors would be somewhat harassing in manner but you need to understand that it would all be an act
and nothing that they would say or do should be considered an act of hostility.  If you think you would be interested in attending PLEASE keep all
of these statements in mind.
