LJ: You are wondering about the Tattoo?

Miss Cheshire: Yes ,it is an interesting design when did you get it may I ask?

[At that moment LJ�s finace and manager Trinity K. Litrell walks in.Overhearing the conversation she smiles and wraps her arms around her man.]

Trin: There is time still before your match. Why don�t you tell her the whole story LJ?

LJ Well last April I had just begun to wrestle in a small promotion in the mid west to get me noticed by the big leagues. By that I mean the GDW, any way as a teen I had the nickname Shadow. That is a story for another time though. So my agents and the promoters had this idea for a story involving Trin and I. They convinced me to use the Shadow name and because of my love for motorcycles a dark biker gimmick. My agents thought it would be better for my company if I kept it from being known that Millionaire business man LJ Black was the wrestler Shadow. Needless to say those agents no longer me or anyone else for that matter. The story start s a few days after my first professional match.

The Past

[The scene opens in a small tattoo parlor where LJ sits as his old friend DC works his art on LJ�s body.]

[LJ winces.]

LJ: Damn, I hope this is worth the pain when you are done.

[DC laughs.]

DC: This is coming from the man who claims he spent the last two years in hell.

LJ: Man, all that time without Trin in my life was worse then hell. I felt like I had lost my will to live. I had given up hope, and almost let all my dreams die.

The Present

Miss Cheshire: I never knew you two were apart like that what had happened?

LJ: (laughing) We were not it was a story line the promotion was using. And let me tell you those idiots we so bad I finally had to shut down the whole thing using my influence and money.

The Past

[DC continues inking on LJ's chest.]

DC: Yes, but look at you now. You have Trin back at your side, and you are both in the wrestling business. Speaking of which, hell of a debut losing your first match. It may have turned out differently if you had not lost so much weight.

[LJ closes his eyes as if he is thinking.]

LJ:I had not eaten much, and lowered my workouts, but since I got everything turned around, I'm working to get back in shape by the next pay-per-view. I plan to be back between 275 to 300 pounds, and since I started wrestling, I have reached up to 235, and I need to be in the best shape I can be. I just found out I'm in the Hell Title Tournament, and have a first around match this week againest Chris Lighting Herbs.

The Present

Trin: He lost all that weight after his motor cycle accident. He wrecked out when his Tourette�s hit while he was riding.

Miss Cheshire: I remember reading that in one of the reports Mr. Roberts gave to me. To Bad for Mr. Rayne that you are at 100 percent tonight. Also I need to report while talking on such a subject your contact in Matt Alan�s office has informed us that Mr. Rayne is back together with Ms. Johnson he refused Mr. Alan�s request to do a promotional tour of Japan.

LJ: I figured he might after my words on Television towards him.

Trin Continue with the Story babe.

The Past

[DC stops and looks up at Shadow.]

DC: Should be interesting, light VS. dark. I'm sure your ready for your first victory in pro wrestling?

LJ: It's more then that, DC. It's about capturing some gold next to Trin, that's the most important thing in my life. Speaking of Trin, she is a little upset over the type of match I'm in. It's called Darkness Falls. We will both be blindfolded with weapons scattered throughout the ring.

DC: Sounds like your type of match. You should have no problem winning it at all.

LJ: Never underestimate your opponent, DC. Any fighter who does is as good as beat. Look at the size difference in David and I. He beat me 1,2, 3, though next time I will work to totally eclipse him.

The present

Miss Cheshire: From the sound of it they had cameras present it sounds more like a promo then talk between old friends.

LJ: That is what it was a promo DC was a guy I knew growing up and a damn good tattoo artist. I still despise listening to my agents and playing the nice guy. It got me no where and since when do I care about the fans our the person in the other corner?

Trin: (grinning) Only when it is me.

The Past

[DC picks up his needle and continues working on LJ.]

DC: Dude, is there anyone in the MWA that you like or respect?

The Present

LJ: The only two people I like and respect in Wrestling or Trin and Myself. As Laivindil Rayne will find out when I take his GDW Terror title.

The Past

LJ: I respect every superstar in pro wrestling and their ability. At least if I didn't think JS was a worthy opponent, do you think I would have gave him an eclipse last week In the Zone? I knew the man had the skills. I had to take advantage of the opening I had and use it.

DC: I heard some fans do not know what to make of you. Dude, rather Shadow is a face or a heel, and the way you attacked that fan last week during your match, you seem to be going in the wrong direction.

LJ: The fans pay their money. They can cheer or boo me. As long as I get a response from the crowd, then I know I'm doing my job - entertaining them. As for that fan last week, the fans have to realize we are in a match. We get in a combative mindset and when someone touches you, your first instinct is to attack and defend yourself. The barriers are there for their protection as well as ours.

The Present

Trin (smirking) Like either of us really give a damn about the fans.

The Past

[LJ winces as the needle moves along his skin.]

LJ: Last week, there was a story in the news of a wrestler who has been harassed by a stalker - not only him, but his family as well.

DC: LJ, you're not that famous yet to have a stalker.

The Present

LJ: I was always famous enough. In fact it is why I hired you Miss Cheshire.

[Miss Cheshire Smiles as Trin glares at the other woman. Trin�s look implies he is mine you just work for us.]

The Past

LJ: That's not the point, but if anyone is going to need protection, it's Chris Lightning Herbs when I get him in the ring. I will let nothing stand in the way of my winning that Hell Title. After the hell I lived through these last two years, I deserve that title. They say lightning never strikes the same place twice. When I get done with him, this lightning will not be striking anywhere for awhile.

[DC stands up and puts his needle away.]

DC: Take a look in the mirror, dude.

[LJ stands in front of the mirror.]

LJ: It's perfect, DC.

[The mirror shows a reflection of LJ�s chest, where a huge tattoo of the sun is being eclipsed by the moon. The moon is the ying-yang symbol with Trin's name tattooed in black in the white area, and LJ�s name tattoed in white in the black area.]

The Present

LJ: Some Idiots could not figure why it said LJ as if Shadow was my real name. Wrestling fans are fools.

Trin: get on with the story this is the best part. And there were no cameras for this.

The Past

DC: So, where you headed now, dude?

LJ: I got to pick Trin up and take care of something very important. When I talk to you again, I hope to have some good news. I know my motto is to "Leave the fans wanting more to come across as a bit of a mystery - an enigma," but if this turns out alright, I want the world to know this news. Later man.

[A desserted, roadside cliff, out over the city. Trin and LJ sit on his Harley looking at all the lights.]

[Trin looks at LJ.]

Trin: Are you okay, love?

[LJ smiles at her.]

LJ: Just thinking princess, that's all. You know how I want to win some gold?

[Trin looks down.]

Trin: Yes, I know, but I still don't like the idea of you in this Darkness Falls match.

[LJ lifts her chin and kisses her passionately. As they break the kiss, LJ gets off the bike and kneels down on one knee before her. He pulls a small black box from his jacket, holding the box up to her, opens it, and looks up at her.]

LJ: Trin, will you marry me?

Trin: (with tears in her eyes.) Yes oh Yes, I will marry you LJ.

[The couple embrace in a passionate kiss under the moonlight as the scene fades out.]

The Present

Trin; The rest as they say is history. LJ Also won that match blindfolded so I know it will be no problem for him to take that title from Laivindil.

[The scene closes in on LJ�s face as he smiles and evil smile and the scene slowly fades to black.]
