RAW Results- February 26, 2001 continued

At this time Jim Ross made a good point stating the crowd was not so hot for this match because neither teams really cater to the crowd. From there Eddy hit a tilt-a-wirl on X-Pac, both X-Pac and Credible came back with a double superkick to Eddy that looked good, with Eddy down Benoit dragged Eddy to the ropes and got the tag and then Benoit suplexed Credible onto X-Pac which also looked tremendous and this led to Credible getting three German suplexes from Benoit. With Credible on the ground, Benoit went for the headbutt but missed and X-Pac rolled up Benoit with a Mahistrol Cradle for the win. After the match Benoit was upset at Eddy as they walked up the ramp with Benoit giving Eddy some angry looks.

RAW Results- March 5, 2001

Earlier in the day, Mr. McMahon told the Radicalz that one of them could challenge Chris Jericho for his Intercontinental Title. In their locker room, Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero wanted the other man to go for the title. Finally, Benoit convinced Eddie that it should be Latino Heat fighting for the title. Before the match began, Benoit joined Paul Heyman and J.R. at the announce table. Benoit put on a headset, but did not say a word. Guerrero and Jericho went at it in a hard-fought match, but after Guerrero had Jericho down, Benoit got in the ring and hit Guerrero with his flying head-butt! Guerrero lie prone in the ring as Jericho made the cover for the win! After the match, Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn came to the ring and asked Benoit what he was doing.

RAW Results- March 12, 2001

It was announced that Chris Benoit would take on Eddy Guerrero on "Raw is War" from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
In the back, Eddy, Dean, and Perry all agreed who they would attack Benoit but after Dean and Eddy left, Benoit attacked Perry and put him in the Crossface. Later in the night, Benoit attacked Dean with a pipe and then had a staredown with Eddy. On to the match, The match began with Benoit getting some stomps on Eddy in the corner, from there Eddy went into the ropes and Benoit hit him with a tiltawirl, but Eddy came back with an elbow to Benoit's face. Once Benoit got up he gave Eddy a German Suplex, as he went for a second one Eddy grabbed the ropes to prevent that from happening, Benoit then grabbed Eddy up off the ground and threw him stomach first onto the top rope. After an exchange of chops, Benoit gave a knee to Eddy who went to the mat, Benoit tossed Eddy into the ropes again but Eddy came back and hit a huracanrana on Benoit. Benoit was able to recover and back suplex Eddy to the floor where Benoit then went for a suicide dive to the floor but missed and hit the ground hard. This gave Eddy a lot of momentum as he hit a side suplex on Benoit for a 2 count, then a running reverse elbow for a 2 count, then with Benoit sitting on the mat, Eddy flipped overtop Benoit to put a neck breaker on Benoit. Benoit them broke out of an Eddy sleeper and gave Eddy 3 German suplexes which Eddy sold perfectly. With Eddy on the ground, Benoit hit a headbutt off the top for a 2 count, Benoit decided to go for another German suplex but Eddy stopped that move with some punches to Benoit and Eddy then delivered 2 brain busters to Benoit and to top if off, gave Benoit a frog splash but he missed. With Eddy out, Benoit went for the Crossface but Eddy rolls ovetop Benoit for a pin but then Benoit rolled over top Eddy and got the Crossface on again for the submission win. Excellent Match from both Chris Benoit and Eddy Guerrero with the only negative note being the lack of interest the crowd showed as this angle has not really showcased a definitive heel and face.

RAW Results- March 19, 2001

Monday night "Raw is War" took place from the Pepsi Center in Albany, New York. Chris Benoit teamed up with Kurt Angle and William Regal to take on The Rock, and Chris Jericho. Before the match, Angle and Benoit argued in the back over which one's finisher was better, the Crossface or the Ankle Lock. The match began with Jericho and Regal going at it with punches, a clothesline by Jericho and then Regal hit Jericho with a knee. Rock and Benoit then got in there and both traded blows, Benoit got a knee on the Rock's stomach which caused Rock to flip over. Kurt Angle came in, but Rock got up to hit Angle with a flying forearm and then hit the Samoan Drop, Jericho came in and hit a flying forearm on Angle but Angle came back with a German Suplex that was good for only a 2 count. Regal now came in and gave Jericho some punches and then a back suplex for a 2 count. Benoit came in, hit Jericho with some hard chops, a snap suplex. Benoit then tagged in Angle who applied a waist lock on Jericho and the turned that into a German Suplex. With Regal in, Jericho made a comeback and got a rollup on Regal for a 2 count, Angle came in and this time Jericho got a victory roll but again only a 2 count. Benoit came in and threw Jericho sternum first into the turnbuckle and then trapped Jericho in the heel's corner, Regal entered and hit an elbow on Jericho who came back with a spinning heel kick and then finally made the tag and Rock came in. The Rock proceeded to DDT Benoit, Angle and Rock went to the floor, Jericho put on the Walls of Jericho on Regal, that was broken up so Jericho went and hit the Lionsault on Benoit. The Rock then gave Angle a spinebuster and went for the People's Elbow but Benoit stopped Rock. The in an interesting move, Benoit applied the Crossface onto Rock and while in the Crossface, Angle put on the Ankle Lock, but Jericho broke that hold. Then Regal came and nailed Jericho with the belt for the win at 7:53. After the match, Benoit attacked The Rock and they traded blows until Steve Austin showed up and they cleared house and that led to Rock giving Austin the Rock Bottom.

RAW Results- March 26, 2001

On this historic Monday night of wrestling, "Raw is War" came from Cleveland, Ohio in the Gund Arena. The show started off with Kurt Angle coming out and saying how he had no opponent for "WrestleMania X-Seven" but that he still was the best wrestler in the WWF. This promted Benoit to come out and say how he was the best technical wrestler in the WWF and that he was free for "WrestleMania X-Seven". Angle added the line "Does Canada even have an Olympic team?" The match was signed that Kurt Angle will now face Chris Benoit this Sunday at WrestleMania. After this, Benoit put Angle into the Crossface and Angle tapped out.Later that night, Chris Benoit teamed up with The Hardy Boyz to take on Kurt Angle, Edge, and Christian. The match started with all 6 fighting on the ramp. Edge and Matt started off in the ring fighting before Jeff came in and along with Matt, kicked Edge in the corner. As a distraction, Edge slid outside the ring, Jeff followed, Edge slid back in the ring but Christian was able to attack Jeff first. Angle came in, punching and kicking Jeff and then delivering a back suplex on Jeff. Chris Benoit came in and clotheslined both Edge and Christian, Benoit started his 3 German Suplex ombination but could only deliver one to Edge before Angle stopped Benoit. Forcing Angle to the corner, Jeff hit the poetry in motion on Kurt who then fell right into the Crossface only to have Christian break it up, with everyone going to the outside, Benoit was able to apply the Crossface onto Christian for the win. After the match, Benoit and Angle started fighting, Benoit tossed Angle over the top rope, and then hit a suicide dive onto Angle.
